Poker affiliates who worked with the Non Action Poker Network have had their 2nd worst fears confirmed in recent weeks and months. They have been offered 60% of each dollar of their total 2011 revenue share, that was not was paid to them. But some affiliates have also not been fully paid for 2010.
Everyone guessed the Action Poker Network was in trouble or something was going on, especially when you do not pay your poker affiliates for a year. Then came the poker news that Playsafe Holding AS (Ecom Enterprise NV) had sold out to an unknown, mysterious and non contactable company called Julian International Holdings Ltd.
Action Poker Affiliates have to now make a choice to accept the offer of being paid between $0.60 for every $1 they should have been paid, or they carry on the good fight. The poker affiliates really have no choice. They could complain to WagerProfits.com who will just sit back and chuckle at the innocence of some people.
When did this Poker Action start and stop? Who is to blame?
From the emails sent to the affiliates that we have seen, combined with the Playsafe Holding press releases, some people are telling the Full Tilt truth.
Poker Affiliates had not been paid for 2011 and payments are missing for 2010, when they are normally paid monthly. Why?
15th of December 2011 – Playsafe Holding announce sale of its operating assets
The new network is named the Chico Poker Network, effective December 15th 2011. Final closing of the transaction will take place following Julian International Holdings’ successful licensing application process, with financial effect on October 17th 2010.
In the Wager Profits emails to affiliates they are encouraged to accept the deal because
Ecom Enterprise NV, the former owners of APN, has terminated its presence in the online gaming environment. They would, however, offer to settle your outstanding historic affiliate commission and are hereby making an offer to pay you a full and final settlement to the amount of 60% to the $, of all your outstanding payments for 2011.
On their websites it says “Ecom Enterprise NV are a fully owned daughter company of Playsafe” and “Wager Profits is owned and operated by Ecom Enterprise, a fully owned subsidiary of Playsafe Holding AS”.
No mention in the emails main body of text sent from affliliates@wagerprofits.com that Wager Profits is owned by the same company that are offering their poker affiliates a 40% pay cut. Although it is signed off as “Best regards, John Lundberg, Ecom Enterprise NV”. But no other emails sent by WagerProfits.com have ever had a Ecom Enterprise NV signature. Perhaps due to the delicate nature it may have been sent to Ecom and John Lundberg replied but forgot to change it.
Access the Affiliates Income and Trust
In tomorrows post we will go into further detail about what Wager Profits say of Income Access and also other Action Poker Affiliates not being paid topics.
Due to an incomplete integration with Income Access, manual bonuses, tournament rake and chargeback’s are not automatically adjusted from your affiliate earnings and this has, as you can see in the attachment, been deducted manually.

How do we get paid?
If you have not been paid or contacted by them already then that is not a good sign.
What to do to get paid? It is very difficult as wager profits, Ecom Enterprise NV and playsafe holdings are in essence the same company. You could try Income Access to see what they say but they might just blame everyone else.
Below are the contact details or links that we have or can find. None of them may get your money back but it might be your only shot.

Perhaps you could try to protest with these organisations.
I’ve been trying to email the two wagerprofits email addresses for probably almost two years now and they managed to stop emailing me back. I’m owed $1,400. Anyways, I just emailed all of the email addresses that I could find, including the CEO Atle Bie-Johansen. I will be making phone calls to all available numbers until I can get hold of someone. What they’re doing is just plain wrong…nothing short of theft.
