New Full Tilt was registered in Dublin, Ireland where Pocket Kings (Full Tilt Poker) are based.

Further poker news has come along showing that 2 new ‘Full Tilt’ companies have been created and registered with the MFSA (Malta Financial Services Authority) – New Full Tilt Limited and Full Tilt Holding Limited were incorporated on 11/04/2012.
