Ongame2 (ON2) is a new 2nd Ongame Network that is being introduced at the moment. What Ongame2 is exactly we do not know and has not been officially confirmed.
Now pokerQ4.com can unofficially confirm from various sources within the HORSE’s mouth (Ongame and bwinparty) that Ongame2 is not a rumour and amazingly appears to have been implemented already. Ongame2 is live although players may not realise it.
What is Ongame2 (Ongame Network 2)? Rumours have recently been circulating around and from bwinparty/Ongame about a new 2nd Ongame Network. pokerQ4 had pondered about what the rumoured Ongame Network 2 could be, but no concrete details, unofficial or official information, confirmation or denial could be found. We had even used our poker and online gambling industry knowledge to postulate why Ongame2 was created and why now? These thoughts and guestimates are now outdated but at least we had a go.
From the most recent conversations we have had (thanks to Casemates and Los Lagos) it appears that ON2 is a sort of ring fenced network within the original Ongame1 Network. Ring fencing means that ON2 and whatever it fully is (perhaps special tables, games, features, bonuses, promotions etc?) can not be accessed by all players. Only those few select Ongame skins and their players are allowed to be part of Ongame2.

Ongame2 – 2nd Ongame Network!
At the moment the new, extra details and visual details we have seem to indicate that the initial setup, the very soft launch and very quiet launch of Ongame2 is mainly involving and directed at low stakes cash games, the life blood of any poker network. This would make sense as poker networks are finally working out what damage rakeback whores and grinders can do to your poker network and especially how they do put off and kill the poker fish and recreational players.
What else ON2 is and how it is different to the original Ongame Network we do not know but either hope to find out or read about it when the full details of the 2nd Ongame Network are revealed. If they are …
Rakeback and grinders may create the most rake per player but they do not put money into the poker network and its money going in that actually keeps a poker network alive. The poker economy is a pyramid with money always going upwards, if you do no have a stable base then the whole thing will collapse and die.
Ring Fencing has been used in the past to actually punish network skins who have been naughty.

We think from what we have been told and can see on the Ongame2 skins that the Ongame2 network makes it so the ON2 players – at the moment unknowingly – can play a lot of cash game tables against other Ongame2 players and not against the rest of the Ongame Network skins players (the original Ongame1 Network and all the rakeback whores, grinders, sharks and sites that feed on the fish and eventually kill them and the poker network).
This has not been confirmed by the Ongame Network or any of the Ongame2 skins but appears to be backed up by the visual evidence in the ON2 poker skin cash game lobbies and what we have been informed of over a tray or 2 of Vodka and Red Bull
Ongame 2 skins and Betsafe?
As pokerQ4 will reveal soon Ongame 2 skins seem to include Betsson, Betsafe, Betfair and Unibet. There may be and are others Ongame skins including in the Ongame 2 fold but it is the inclusion of Betsafe that is the most surprising and worrying.
Betsafe is known to be a true Ongame1 skin (very high and non standard network policy rakeback deals, net extractor out of the Ongame Network etc) and not worthy of being included in the Ongame2 fold but it is an Ongame2 skin. Why is this? pokerQ4 will soon reveal the simple reason why Betsafe is an ON2 skin when perhaps it should not be.

Is Ongame2 the death knell of Ongame Network (Ongame1 or ON1)?
Ongame2 appears to be the future of online poker Networks but is it actually sounding the death knell of Ongame1? But will the Ongame Network be concerned if Ongame Network 1 dies and all the rakebake whore skins die out as their players move to all the known Ongame2 sites, where all the fish are to be found?
Is it a deliberate long term move by the Ongame Network to put off or kill the Ongame Network poker skins they actually do not want but contractually have to endure? A polite thanks but no thanks, or, if they do not get the message, thanks but please fuck off as your name is not down on the list. Similar to the recent Ongame Network move of kicking out Tower Poker due to the incessant high and illegal rakeback offers to affiliates and players.
Also, will the new 2nd Ongame Network offer Ongame2 skins and players safety and security against such very worrying issues such as Ongame poker bots and Ongame auto seating scripts?
