Like the fall out from the Fukushima Nuclear Reactor after the Japanese Tsunami the effects of online pokers Black Friday fall out keeps affecting everyone.

The Cake Poker Network site PowerPoker has instigated a new policy where new sign ups from players based in the US will not be allowed to complete the registration process. PowerPoker have effectively pulled out of the US poker market with this announcement.
What is interesting is that those US poker players who are already signed up with PowerPoker can still play as normal. The US poker players can also make withdrawals and deposits as though nothing has happened.
Will PowerPoker eventually make the decision to stop all US poker player activity or will the US DOJ enforce the full Power Play and make them stop any US poker player activity?
When will other sites that accept US poker players take or be forced to take a similar decision?
Will the Power Play by the US DOJ shut down the entire online poker industry for US poker players until it is all legalized, everyone has paid their fines and bought the approved US poker licenses?
