Lesbians eh? I’m quite a fan I have to say. When you think about it lesbianism makes perfect sense. Why would anyone ever fancy a bloke when there are women around? There are literally thousands of them on the planet and pretty much all of them are more attractive than any man you are likely to meet, except perhaps Patrik Antonius cos he’s a lovely.
If we put my latent homosexuality aside though, you’d be quite right in pointing out that lesbians are not a race as such but we’ll get to the racist bits shortly. For the next two minutes it’s lesbian time.

So, while many of you will be aware of Sam Trickett’s excellent victory in the Partouche Poker Tour Main Event last week you may have missed the controversy running in the background. To cut a long story short Vanessa Selbst made a minimum bet which was correctly, but possibly unnecessarily, labelled a “gay bet” by Catman.
Now min bets and min raises have been called ‘gay’ for as long as I’ve been playing poker, indeed I seem to recall that David Sklansky himself may have used the phrase in one of his books. Something which makes Two Plus Two’s later stance all the more confusing. At the time however Selbst, a lesbian in case you weren’t aware, apparently retorted that Catman was being homophobic. Catman then went on to justify his statement, along similar lines as to my text above, before allegedly calling Selbst a “f**king lesbian”.
The whole affair is discussed in this by turns amusing and retarded thread in the NVG forum on twoplustwo.com. It transpires, if you check out their respective twitter accounts (linked to above) that the pair quickly resolved the issue and moved on but the thread that was born of it has raised serious questions about some of the moderation that takes place on Two Plus Two.
It seems that Two Plus Two got their knickers in such a twist in being politically correct with regard to homosexuals and homosexuality that they completely overlooked blatantly racist posts. Whether this was by accident or design is not clear but obviously we hope it’s the former.
As I’ve said the thread is entertaining and the OP, no matter how bad his ,,,writing,,,, style is (and I’ll gloss over his boasts that he has ‘EXPERIEMENTED SEXUALLY WITH MEN‘), was right to bring this to greater attention. However Two Plus Two have been remiss in their moderation here and the posts talking of ‘nigger bets’ not working or having an inclination to steal, as well as sleights against Mexicans and others is clearly out of order.
