Who actually owns the “old” and “new” Action Poker Network and its skins? Does Chico Poker Network (Julian International Holdings Ltd) own them?
Or is Playsafe Holding still involved and more importantly liable to pay affiliates their missing revenue share payments from 2010 and 2011? Even if it is only morally?

Press release from Playsafe Holding AS
Playsafe Holding announce sale of its operating assetsSandefjord, Norway 15th of December 2011: Playsafe Holding AS is pleased to announce the successful sale of its operating division to Julian International Holdings Ltd., a Seychelles corporation representing professional gaming investors.
Who are Julian International Holdings Ltd? They are a Seychelles corporation representing professional gaming investors. That’s fine then, your money is safe and sound.

They could be anyone, or any company or management team or any front? I spoke to one poker conspiracy theory guy who said they could be funded by Chris Ferguson, Howard Lederer or, and I had to chuckle as this shows how mad he was, a company involved with the present management. Some crazy people hey!
Try to find anything on the internet about them, apart from to do with Playsafe Holding AS. If anyone from sites such as betonline.com (who have left the ChicoPokerNetwork) can contact us with this information the poker world would be grateful.

The domains ActionPoker.com and ActionPokerNetwork.com were not part of the deal and will remain with Playsafe. The customers from the ActionPoker.com brand will be transferred during December to Julian’s own brands.
What are Julian International Holdings Limited own brands that they must have had before, set up during or are operating now? If the deal went ahead or has not been delayed?
No Action Poker
As pokerQ4 showed in our Action Poker Affiliates get paid some but not everything post and investigation into the Action Poker Network not paying their affiliates for some or all of 2010 and 2011, Ben Johansen is part of ECOM Enterprise NV.

ECOM Enterprise NV (Playsafe Holding) still own all the domains that were going to be transferred to the new owners of ChicoPokerNetwork? Are these sites still in the name of ECOM Enterprise accepting new sign ups? If new customers come from poker affiliates will they be paid by the new owners of the Action Poker Network as the domains have not been transferred?
And just to let you know in case you have any worries, concerns or want to speak to someone official about the whole scenario …
Playsafe Holding AS is a publicly traded investment company traded on the OTC market in Oslo under the ticker PLAY.

ChicoPokerNetwork
Here is the scary thing. We mean chicopokernetwork.com. Can you find anything about this new poker network that use to be owned by Action Poker (Playsafe Holding)?

The domain name chicopokernetwork.com has been registered on behalf of a client of ours
Unless it is going to be called something else, they could not get that domain or there has been some massive delay with the contracts or …?
